ABOUT ALASKA COASTAL MISSIONS
I Thessalonians 2:9
For ye remember, brethren, our labour and travail: for labouring night and day, because we would not be chargeable unto any of you, we preached unto you the gospel of God
1 Thessalonians 2:9
Location
Although its geographical location brings many challenges: steep between mountains, stormy waters of the Pacific, lush rain forests, jagged coastline, savage wildlife, and an ever-present cloud coverage yielding moody weather. Southeast Alaska is still home to 73K thousand souls with a population density of 1.9/sq2 mile.
Reach remote Coastal Alaska
We believe that planting a church in remote Coastal Alaska will follow the Biblical plan and will provide the people with a place of spiritual growth. It will also work as the base for the Villafranca family to launch from and take the glorious light of the Gospel to surrounding villages.
Sea-worthy Watercraft

A sea-worthy watercraft is needed to take the good news to neighboring villages. This will allow us to overnight there as there is no lodging in many of these places. Our extended presence will help strengthen our relationship with the native people, enabling us to share the Gospel, disciple, and baptize them.
We pray that God will provide a vessel with low maintenance, the ability to battle the rough seas, be family-friendly, and arrive safe and fast. Would you help us pray for such a tool?
